Stateshift
Rewire anxiety for good

Just over seven years ago, my former fiancé took her own life following an anxiety attack. In the years since, I dedicated myself to creating a more effective intervention to anxiety than SSRIs or prescription drugs. This course is my best attempt at creating that intervention. And from my personal experience navigating anxious feelings and the thousand plus students I've taught, it’s clear to me that working with anxiety is a skill. And as with any skill, it’s something that can be learned.
