Launly ("we" or "the Service") is an AI-powered daily email digest that curates top products from Product Hunt, analyzes them with AI, and delivers bilingual summaries to subscribers every night.

By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service and unsubscribe.

Free subscription: Subscribe with a valid email address at no cost and receive a daily digest of curated products.

Paid subscription (Pro): Pro subscribers unlock full AI analysis reports — market timing, feasibility, target market, and competition scores — plus topic-based filtering. Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to their Terms of Service.

You must provide a genuine, working email address. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions where abuse is detected, without prior notice.

Paid subscription fees are charged at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If you dispute a charge, contact hello@launly.com within 7 days and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing paid subscribers will be notified by email before any price change takes effect.

All Launly-generated content — including AI summaries, analysis reports, design, and copy — is owned by Launly and protected by copyright law.

Product names, descriptions, and images sourced from Product Hunt remain the property of their respective owners. Launly makes no warranty as to the accuracy of third-party content.

You may not reproduce, resell, scrape, or use Launly content to build a competing service without our prior written consent.

The Service is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

AI-generated analysis is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, business, or professional advice. You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on it.

We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send — no reason required, effective immediately. Cancelling a paid subscription stops future charges; you retain access for the remainder of the current billing period.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Stripe-processed payments are also subject to Stripe's own user agreement. We will always try to resolve disputes amicably first.
